Problem

Anxiety and stress are increasingly affecting employees and organizations alike. In a digital-first world where 24/7 connectivity has blurred the boundaries between work and personal life, many employees struggle to maintain their well-being. This is not only a personal challenge but a significant business issue, with companies bearing an estimated €4 billion annually in costs due to employee absences caused by stress-related illnesses. Addressing these challenges is essential to fostering a healthier, more sustainable work environment for both individuals and organizations.

The Solution

A webshop providing employee training, workshops, and retreats to foster workplace boundaries, recharge offline, and reclaim control over reachability. The second phase introduces a new social media platform for businesses, like WhatsApp, but without phone numbers. This platform allows employees to be reachable only during business hours, ensuring work-life balance. The model targets SME owners who want to improve communication while maintaining boundaries. The tagline: "Do you really want to be reachable by your employees at all times?"
